Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Determine the size of food portions and costs, prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Cuisine Specialties: Prepare and cook pizzas and other Italian cuisine dishes to the highest standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
