About the Role

The Shipyard Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of production staff, including scheduling and workflow optimization
  • Collaborating with project managers to develop and implement project plans
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree or trade certificate in a technical field related to ship repair
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a union environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
