Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Cander Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, planning and organizing operational logistics, tracking and completing work orders, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
  • Track and complete work orders
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Compile worksheets and specifications of orders
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems
  • Assist with maintenance of communications equipment
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders
  • Keep track of shipments
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
  • Process and transmit information and instructions to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
  • Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment

Additional Information

This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. The successful candidate will be required to work at our physical location and will not have the option to work remotely.
