Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at 2446899 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Hire food service staff
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
The Shift Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 staff members.
