  • Meditative Greens is seeking a skilled Harvest Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our farming operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality harvest of our crops.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers and pesticides as instructed for crop growth and development.
  • Clean the crops to maintain their quality and extend shelf life.
  • Cut agricultural crops according to farm standards.
  • Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume.
  • Pack fruits and vegetables for market distribution.
  • Pick row and orchard crops using efficient harvesting techniques.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth.
  • Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts to prevent competition for resources.
  • Clean work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Fertilize and spray crops as instructed by our farming experts.
  • Harvest crops at the optimal time to ensure maximum quality and yield.
  • Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry safely and efficiently.
  • Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens to maintain a clean and healthy environment for our animals.
  • Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
