Childcare Companion

Zack Rafih is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Companion to join our team. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to infants and children in a loving and safe environment.

• Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks
• Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
• Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
• Discipline children according to the parents' methods
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
• Organize activities such as games and outings for children
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Prepare children for rest periods
• Supervise and care for children
• Tend to the emotional well-being of children

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility and initiative
• Judgement and reliability
• Honesty and a non-smoking environment

• Travel expenses paid by employer
• Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
• Employment in a non-smoking home environment

• Participation in government or community programs supporting newcomers and Indigenous people
