We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Dispatcher to join our team at YK Freightways Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Accurate Records
Keep track of shipments, vehicle operator work records, and other relevant information to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Coordinate with DriversDispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems to ensure efficient route planning.
Process and Transmit InformationUse dispatching equipment to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews, and record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
Ensure ComplianceMonitor personnel workloads and locations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
Personal SuitabilityClient focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player are essential qualities for this role.

Work Schedule35 to 40 hours per week, with a language of work in English.
