Generations Cleaning is a rapidly growing company that specializes in providing top-notch cleaning services to a diverse range of commercial clients, including large retail stores, condominiums, co-ops, apartment buildings, offices, medical facilities, industrial, and manufacturing establishments.

We are currently seeking an experienced commercial cleaner with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in the field. This role requires someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

  • This position is based in Durham Region, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that makes a real difference in our community.
  • Schedule: 5 nights per week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
  • Shift duration: 3 hours per night, with flexibility to choose from a variety of time slots between 9 pm and 6 am.
  • Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour, providing a competitive salary for a skilled professional like yourself.

About the Role:

  1. Cleanliness is key: Take pride in ensuring all washrooms are thoroughly cleaned, including sinks, toilets, faucets, and floors.
  2. Dust and vacuum workspaces and offices to maintain a tidy and organized environment.
  3. Maintain a clean and hygienic staff room and kitchenette, reflecting the high standards we set for ourselves.
  4. Thoroughly sweep and mop the entire facility to ensure it looks its best at all times.
  5. Vacuum carpeted areas as needed to prevent dirt and dust buildup.
  6. Spot clean glass windows and doors to keep them sparkling and free of streaks.
  7. Empty garbage bins and replace bags as required to maintain a clean and odor-free environment.

Requirements:

  • You must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • A minimum of one year of cleaning experience is required.
  • A compassionate, hardworking attitude, combined with great attention to detail, will make you a valuable addition to our team.
