About the Role

The Senior Rock Mechanics Engineer will be responsible for providing technical leadership, mentorship to junior staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in rock mechanics and strong knowledge of the field in a consulting environment. They will also possess a Bachelor's degree in geological engineering, mining engineering, or civil engineering with emphasis in rock mechanics; Master's degree preferred.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English, with French fluency an asset. They will also be available to travel according to project requirements.
