Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Process purchase orders, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of parts and supplies.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Parts Coordination: Provide timely support to technicians, drivers, and other staff members by ensuring the availability of parts and supplies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights to improve inventory management and supply chain efficiency.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with team members, drivers, and suppliers to ensure seamless parts and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and able to learn new software applications quickly.
