We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS). As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to address them.
Key Responsibilities- Elicit, analyze, define, validate, and manage requirements for changes to applications and residing systems.
- Understand business needs and the technology required to address those needs.
- Create structured queries against databases.
- Create and modify system reference material, including user documentation, system reference documentation, and IT policies and procedures.
- Provide mentoring and support to IT professionals and business decision makers engaged in business requirements and workflow processes.
- Business Analysis domain knowledge, skills, and techniques.
- Analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Technical domain knowledge with a general understanding of how technology is used to solve business problems.
- Facilitation and knowledge transfer skills.
- Advanced understanding and recognition of role boundaries, especially as business and technical domain knowledge strengthens.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Advanced problem resolution skills, while applying industry-standard best practices.
