About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at FMF Metal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistical aspects of our organization, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics Management: Oversee the operational logistics of FMF Metal, ensuring efficient and effective management of our supply chain.
  • Work Order Management: Track and complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate work records and logs, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the traffic flow of supplies, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
