Health and Benefits Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Benefits Analyst to join our team at BFL Canada. As a key member of our Health and Group Benefits division, you will be responsible for providing management of the financial analysis for complex and larger clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand various insurance products and services included in employee benefits programs.
- Review insurance contracts, benefits booklets, and collective bargaining agreements to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare technical and financial analysis, such as renewal, experience projection, financial reconciliation, as required.
- Draft reports and presentations as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with a strong command of Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
