Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings to create a seamless look.

  • Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert recommendations.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging to ensure safe access to high areas.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, meeting the highest standards of quality.
  • Estimate costs and materials, ensuring accurate budgeting for each project.
Work Environment

As a Painter with Singh's Construction Ltd, you will work in a variety of locations, including residential and commercial sites. You will be exposed to outdoor environments, heights, confined spaces, and odors, so a strong physical presence and attention to detail are essential.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in outdoor environments.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Physical demands of the job include bending, crouching, and kneeling.
