About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our ABI & Neurological Rehab Care departments at Sinai Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and implementing physiotherapy treatment interventions for patients across multiple care units or programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the most effective course of treatment for patients
  • Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy plans in collaboration with interprofessional team members
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education to promote optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • University degree from a recognized Physiotherapy program
  • Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
