Job Overview

Insomnia Restaurant & Lounge is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed and sanitized to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, following recipes and instructions from the chef and kitchen staff
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
