Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Happy Kids Castle Daycare. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop learning plans tailored to the needs of each child, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to infants and toddlers, including bathing, diapering, and feeding.
  • Design and implement child-care programs that support the overall development of children, including storytelling, arts, and physical activities.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the daycare, and adhering to licensing regulations.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare.
  • Punctuality, dependability, and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions
  • Repetitive tasks and physically demanding work environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling.
