Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team at Spectacokids. As an SLP, you will work collaboratively with clients and their families to provide high-quality speech therapy services in-centre or home-based settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one speech therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to promote language development and literacy skills.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
  • Experience working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
  • Personal liability insurance coverage.
