Product Manager - Technical Development

Guidewire Software is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Outbound Platform Product Manager to join our team and help us convey our value proposition to business users. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our highly technical platform products and our business users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and help them maximize the potential of our products.
  • Technical Communication: Explain deeply technical topics in a way that is accessible and relevant to business users.
  • Visual Narratives and Marketing: Create and disseminate captivating visual narratives that communicate the essence of our company and products.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on outbound marketing and customer engagement.
  • Proven track record of explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.
