Job Title: Head Cashier - Retail Store Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Beach Corner Liquor. As a Head Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cash handling process, supervising sales staff, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash handling processes, including counting and reconciling cash and credit card transactions.
- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash handling area.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and other relevant documentation.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
