Associate Director of Project Management Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Project Management Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver integrated brand plans, driving new product launch readiness, and developing and implementing winning commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Business Planning
Support cross-functional brand teams to deliver integrated brand plans, encouraging deep insights based on market understanding and facts. Connect brand strategy to programs and campaigns, enabling senior management to evaluate Brand Plans through a consistent lens. - Project Management of New Product Launch Readiness
Set up project management framework/tools for launch excellence, develop project management tools, and provide constructive feedback to improve overall launch plans. Monitor/drive project progress, regularly reporting to senior management. - Capability Building
Organize best practice sharing from other brands/companies/markets, facilitating GCA launch readiness workshops in China. - Strategic Initiatives and Other Project Responsibilities
Lead key strategic initiatives to enable AZ China to develop and implement winning commercial strategies.
Essential
Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in brand marketing, strategic planning, business development, and/or management consulting.
Desirable
MBA highly desirable. Experience in new product launch readiness in the pharmaceutical industry. Ability to work in complex cross-functional / cross-geographical / cross-cultural teams.
