About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installation Technician to join our team at Arbutus Furniture & Closets. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of kitchen cabinets and vanities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation Expertise: Utilize your technical skills to install kitchen cabinets and vanities, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the installation process and the final product.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines for installations, prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, and load and unload trucks with equipment and supplies.
  • Documentation: Document and prepare invoices and work orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the successful completion of installations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Installation environment, with a focus on kitchen cabinets and vanities.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with a focus on handling heavy loads and working in a fast-paced environment.
