Pioneer On The Run Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Pioneer On The Run. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Manage Inventory and Merchandise: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work.
