The estimated salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wedding Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
  
• Become a trusted advisor to customers, offering expert guidance on wedding attire and accessories.
  
• Drive sales growth through effective communication, product knowledge, and upselling opportunities.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
  
• Clock in and out accurately, adhere to attendance policies, and maintain a positive attitude towards work.
  

Analyzing & Decision Making:

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and styles.
  

Managing Performance:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
