New Accounts Administrator

About the Role:
Fidelity Clearing Canada is seeking a highly skilled New Accounts Administrator to join our Operations department.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up new accounts in a timely manner, updating Investor Maintenance, and performing quality checks on new accounts. They will also ensure documents are in order, input/update client data, and notify clients of any deficiencies.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with different account types, including Non-Registered and Registered Accounts
- Strong MS Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the brokerage industry
- Completion of a financial services industry program
- Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English
