Liquor Sphere is seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Team Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Liquor Store Team Lead who can effectively manage and motivate a team of sales workers to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of liquor industry trends, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers: Ensure that sales workers are properly trained and equipped to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Make informed decisions regarding returns and refunds to maintain customer satisfaction and prevent loss.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize labor costs.
  • Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Resolve Issues That May Arise, Including Customer Requests, Complaints, and Supply Shortages: Effectively address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispensing of inventory to ensure accurate tracking and minimal losses.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • On-Site Work Required: Must be willing to work at the physical location and not remotely.
  • Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
