Job Summary:

The Corporate Learning Lead is responsible for developing and implementing the company's corporate learning strategy. This includes designing and delivering training programs, coaching, and mentoring to help employees develop their skills and advance in their careers.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and develop targeted solutions. They will also be responsible for analyzing data to inform strategic decisions around talent development and growth.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with VP HR to develop and deliver L&D strategy; partnering with HR Managers and senior leaders to assess learning gaps and identify solutions; and leveraging analytics and other innovative approaches to deeply understand the business and development needs, and source or design and deliver trainings that meet those needs.

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years experience coordinating and facilitating learning & development programs
- Strong written communication skills and excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
