Job Summary

Héroux-Devtek is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative to join its Product Support Organization in St-Hubert. The successful candidate will provide first-line support to Héroux-Devtek customers, ensuring timely restoration of Landing Gear to airworthy condition.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform technical analysis and repairs on aircraft Landing Gears at OEM or operator facilities.
  • Provide remote technical support, including written work instructions and requests for inspections to assess technical issues.
  • Deliver training to team members, customers, and operators on best practices, ensuring compliance with safety directives and safe working methodologies.
  • Work within approved procedures and mandates issued by Héroux-Devtek's quality organization.
  • Identify and report airworthiness issues in line with Héroux-Devtek's quality system requirements.
  • Complete assigned tasks in accordance with TC/FAA/EASA and other airworthiness regulations.
  • Perform incoming quality inspections of parts in the warehouse, as required.
  • Be available for on-call remote support services after business hours.
  • Perform other reasonable requests and improvement recommendations for the benefit of the business.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Landing Gears maintenance and overhaul.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of aerospace original equipment assembly, maintenance, repair, and overhaul.
  • A valid passport, driver's license, and car.
  • Fluent reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of French and English languages.
  • Understanding of Unit Log Cards, requirements management, MRB data, and Life Limited Parts concept.
  • Computer literacy and ability to access software on or off-site.
  • Availability to travel worldwide with short notice, during or outside normal business hours.
