  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient delivery of services
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines for taxation services
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages related to taxation services
  • Answer electronic enquiries from clients and provide support
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory for taxation services
  • Maintain and manage digital database for taxation services
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents related to taxation services
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 33 hours per week

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
