Job Title: Residence Cleaner

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residence Cleaner to join our team at Spruce'd. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' residences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Specialization or Experience: Green economy sector, specialized environmental skills and knowledge.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check, vulnerable sector check, and driver's validity license check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
