Key Responsibilities:
  • Build positive customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Expand and develop your technical understanding of home medical products to accurately suggest, measure, and physically fit customers with solutions
  • Process customer orders and payments, manage store pickups, backorders, and returns, and create and maintain accurate customer records in our systems
  • Manage equipment rentals, support basic mobility safety assessments, and confidently refer customers for services from ostomy consultation to home modification
  • Foster a results-oriented team culture, sharing knowledge and supporting your own team as well as collaborating across departments to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years proven customer service experience
  • Point-of-sale experience (Shopify POS experience is an asset)
  • Experience upselling, cross-selling, and merchandising
  • Previous training in company products, services, and fulfillment channels is an asset
  • Previous training in a relevant medical field may be an asset
  • Standard First Aid certificate is an asset
