We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at 0945362 BC Ltd dba Pizza Factory. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and recruit and hire staff as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
