Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vocational Trainer to join our team at J Ray Learning Centre Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to adolescents, adults, and college/university students in a vocational or technical high school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs in areas such as education, work setting, and target audience.
  • Develop and implement teaching formats, including tutor/one-on-one instruction, lecture, and classroom instruction.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and training materials.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a vocational or technical high school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
