About the Role:

As an Agriculture Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our equipment and machinery. This includes reconditioning and repairing equipment components and systems, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with colleagues and customers in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recondition and repair equipment components and systems as assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases in repairs.
  • Maintain and care for shop tools, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Communicate with colleagues and customers in a professional manner.
  • Order parts and materials required to perform assigned repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Champion safe work practices in all aspects of daily activity and task assignment.
  • Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in the English language.
  • Experience working on NEW HOLLAND agriculture equipment is an asset.
  • Strong diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of health and safety best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation.
