We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at ONTARIO INC.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.

- Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
