About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team at Southern Industrial & Truck Ltd. As an Electronics Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing electrical and electronic components, systems, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians, technologists, programmers, analysts, and other engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Design and develop electrical and electronic components, systems, and equipment, including circuit boards, microcontrollers, and other electronic devices.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot electrical or electronic failures, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test, and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics engineering, with a strong background in design, development, and testing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Altium or Eagle, and experience with microcontrollers and programming languages, such as C or Python.
