At Shanti Wellness Centre Inc., we have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Bodywork Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Specialist, you will administer massage techniques through soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, joint pain and lower grade mobilizations. You will apply finger and hand pressure to specific points of the body, assessing clients by conducting range of motion and muscle tests and proposing treatment plans. Your primary responsibility will be to massage and knead muscles and soft tissues of the body.

Work Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have a physically demanding role.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary working language
  • 32 hours per week
