Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Room Attendant to join our team at Whiteriver Motel. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet.
  • Guest Services: Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers, address customers' complaints or concerns.
Work Environment

As a Room Attendant at Whiteriver Motel, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a team setting.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
