Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at TREHAN TAX LTD.

Job Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, setting clear goals and objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Work Setting: Business services, Consulting firm
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word
  • Area of Work Experience: Management
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized
