Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Trehan & Company is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training and development strategies, overseeing communication strategies, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote company initiatives and values
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR-related matters
  • Coordinate staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive work environment
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Work Environment:

The Human Resources Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Permanent full-time position
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
