Our esteemed client, a leader in the agricultural sector, is seeking a SAP S4HANA Functional Solutions Architect specializing in Forecast to Produce (F2P) solutions. This role demands a seasoned professional adept at architecting and designing comprehensive SAP solutions tailored to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience across various SAP applications including S/4HANA, ECC, PP, PM, EAM, QM, and MRP.

Location: Hybrid work model (Office/home)
Travel: Must be willing to travel between the US and Canada
Citizenship: Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for travel

Essential:
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP functional solution design and implementation.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in any of the following SAP modules: S/4HANA, ECC, PP, PM, EAM, QM, MRP.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on creative solutions and effective communication.
- Proven track record in designing intricate SAP solutions to support unique business processes.
- Experience in estimating SAP development efforts and adhering to best practices in solution delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with facilitation abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously or collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a results-oriented approach.
- Architect and design SAP solutions to fulfill specific business requirements, ensuring design integrity through implementation.
- Guide project partners to ensure that SAP solutions in the F2P domain align with business needs, achieve high integration levels, and enhance user experience.
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify SAP solutions that support organizational objectives.
- Evaluate and determine the best approach for developing and delivering necessary functionalities from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.
- Document functional requirements and maintain configuration rationale and specifications.
- Oversee solution design and development to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Define and execute testing plans, reviewing outcomes to ensure solutions meet business demands.
- Assist in prioritizing demand items within the F2P area.
- Support the managed service team with escalated incidents, recommending and confirming appropriate resolutions.
