Web Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team at American Key Supply in Kaimuki, Hawaii. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our customer-facing and internal administrative Web site functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve current Web site functionality
  • Develop, test, and launch new features
  • Create and maintain a dev environment for development and testing
  • Work with web designer and other stakeholders to implement UI of Web pages and email newsletters
  • Provide technical expertise for coworkers and external contractors

Requirements:

  • Experience with Zen-Cart or other similar open-source e-commerce software platform
  • Strong understanding of Web design and development projects and related technologies
  • Experience working closely with web developers and designers
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields
  • Experience with Photoshop
  • Locksmithing or automotive knowledge
