Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of food products, including soups, sauces, meats, fish, poultry, and desserts, using established menus, recipes, and production requirements.
- Portion and serve food items for patients, residents, clients, cafeteria, and catering as required.
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with safety standards, practices, and health and safety requirements.
- Grade 10.
- One (1) year's recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Food Safe Certificate Level 1.
