Job Summary:

The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the merchandising activities of the store, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner to enhance the customer shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of merchandising associates to ensure that all product displays are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with store leaders to execute merchandising strategies, including seasonal resets and one-off projects.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to merchandising associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
  • Computer skills with knowledge of web-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a retail environment with a focus on visual merchandising.
  • Knowledge of store systems and ability to analyze sales data.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
