Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

At ALBERTA LTD, we are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Order Taking and Relay: Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a clear and accurate manner.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and process payments in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) occasionally.
