About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at AB Complex Inc. as a key member of our facilities management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained across our facilities.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role in a cleaning or facilities management environment is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
