We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Implementation Architect to lead our technical team in designing and implementing cutting-edge wireless communication software on cloud-native systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical team to explore and deploy the best wireless communication software solutions on pre-6G cloud-native systems.
  • Design and implement software architecture for wireless access systems to adapt to edge-cloud technologies and cloud containerization scenarios.
  • Optimize task scheduling on the control plane and maximize data transmission performance on the user plane.
  • Identify and solve performance issues and architectural challenges that limit Radio Access Network on the cloud platform.
  • Assist in improving the overall technical capabilities of the development team.
  • Select and implement cloud-native systems suitable for pre-6G wireless networks, including containers, tools, and hardware platforms.
Requirements:
  • Highly skilled in C/C++ programming language with expertise in design patterns and software design principles.
  • Experience in developing large-scale software products, following agile methods, developer self-testing, and large-scale software refactoring.
  • Expertise in commercializing products using software architecture patterns/design patterns.
  • Expertise in developing and optimizing high complexity, large-scale systems.
  • Familiar with component design and microservice architecture.
  • Experience in design and implementation of distributed and parallel computing processing is an asset.
