Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at destinationone Consulting. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Auditing: Oversee the accounting and auditing functions, including the preparation of financial statements and the coordination of external audits.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes, including accounting software and internal controls.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, including accountants and financial analysts.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in senior-level finance or accounting position.
  • CPA designation and strong knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills and ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
