We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the activities of a team of unionized employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume all human resources management responsibilities, including recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Identify, document, and standardize key processes to achieve objectives and share best practices within the organization.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using problem management solutions and lean principles.
  • Apply leadership skills to promote the values and vision of Bombardier Aeronautic.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree combined with several years of experience in quality assurance, project management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent management skills, with the ability to show good judgment, flexibility, and results-oriented behavior.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Good organizational skills and technical knowledge, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (bilingualism is an asset).
