- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure accurate information exchange and promote a positive patient experience.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Contribute to a safe and respectful environment by adhering to infection control protocols, maintaining accurate records, and reporting any concerns or incidents.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- Registration: Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
- Skills and Experience: Recent Emergency Department experience, Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS), and ACLS, PEDS ACLS, TNCC certification an asset.
- Competitive Salary: Pay Band Nurse A $38.580 to $50.070.
